When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched the same or next business day, depending on when the order is placed.
We use tracked Royal Mail services, and delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free UK shipping on orders over £120.
All other UK orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee, which is shown clearly at checkout.
Can I return an item?
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned goods should be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Excessive handling, including opening sealed collectible products or booster packs, may reduce the value of the goods and could affect the amount refunded.

No. Trainer’s Haven currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
