All Cards Are Foil
Every card in a 30th Celebration booster pack is foil, a first for a mainline Pokémon TCG expansion, where foil treatment is normally reserved for higher rarities. Even Basic Energy cards, usually the most common, non-foil card type in any set, are printed as foils carrying the 30th Anniversary logo.
