At Trainer’s Haven, we aim to provide clear and fair returns and refunds in line with UK consumer law.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return under this right:
- Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery

Important Note on Sealed Trading Card Products
For hygiene, fairness, and product integrity reasons, sealed trading card products cannot be returned once opened.
This includes booster packs, booster boxes, tins, and similar sealed items.
This does not affect your rights in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund, and return shipping costs will be covered by Trainer’s Haven.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion for eligible items that meet the return criteria.
Please contact us before returning an item to confirm availability and next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
- Faulty or incorrect items: Return postage will be covered by Trainer’s Haven
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
- No restocking fees are charged
