Shipping Policy


This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by Trainer’s Haven.


Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders the same day or next business day.

Orders placed before 11:00am (UK time) are usually processed and dispatched the same business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.

Orders placed after this time may be processed the following business day.

Business hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time)
Orders are not processed on Sundays or UK public holidays.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Trainer’s Haven ships within the United Kingdom only.

We primarily use tracked Royal Mail services, including 48-hour tracked delivery.
For larger or higher-value orders, an alternative tracked service may be used to ensure secure delivery.

Estimated delivery time:
2–3 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or incorrect address information.


Shipping Costs

  • Free UK shipping on orders over £120
  • Flat-rate UK shipping of £2.40 on all other orders

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is taken.


Order Tracking

All orders are shipped using a tracked service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at info@trainershaven.co.uk.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Trainer’s Haven cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Shipping Availability

Trainer’s Haven currently delivers within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
