All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend product details, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments
We accept payments securely via:
- Stripe (including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
- PayPal
All payments are processed securely by the selected provider. Trainer’s Haven does not store full card or payment details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched the same or next business day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
We primarily use tracked Royal Mail services, including Tracked 48. For larger or higher-value orders, an alternative tracked service may be used.
Estimated delivery times are 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs and options are clearly displayed at checkout.
5. Order Cancellation and Changes
You may request to cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and provide:

- Clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant
Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.
Sealed trading card products cannot be returned once opened, except where faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
